  Sales Executives
Location: US (West coast & East coast)
  Job Scope/Description  
    Responsible for the consultative sales of Mediaring’s VoizBridge product. Proactively develops new account prospects and manages accounts within designated territory. Perform product demonstrations/presentations over conference calls or live meetings. Work closely with Sales Management, Products Management and Sales Engineering to generate solutions and proposals.
Negotiate and close orders and prepare contracts. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers for additions, upgrades and general sales support. Take detailed notes of sales calls and meetings using provided contact management software
 
  Requisites  
    Experience and a successful direct sales track record.
Strong preference given to those with experience in selling IT and telecom solutions, and with the ability to convey technical aspects and competitive strengths of proposed solutions.
Understanding of needs based/consultative selling.
 
     
     
     
  Technical Support Engineer
Location: US (Sunnyvale, CA)
  Job Scope/Description  
    Pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Voice over IP (VoIP) products.
Perform verification testing of products prior to release.
Remote and/or on-site product installation/configuration for either trial or production release.
Prepare/Conduct training courses for customers.
 
  Requisites  
   

Bachelor of Science (Computer Science or Computer Engineering).
Minimum 3 years of working experience in telecommunication industry.
Must have actively deployed, managed, and supported Cisco routers (VoIP gateways and gatekeepers) and other networking equipment, including but not limited to IOS installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Vocaltec, Clarent and Sonus VoIP devices an added plus.
Must be well versed with VoIP protocols such as H.323 and SIP. Knowledge on TCP/IP and networking is a must.
Hands-on working experience with Sun Solaris and Linux operating system
Knowledge on Class 4/Class 5 switches and circuit-switch networks an added plus.
Very good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Good communication and writing skills. Must be able to interact clearly and professionally with customers on the requirements, expectations and problem resolutions.
Other software development skills on Sun/Linux platform such as
client-server development are an added plus.
